On a fine morning on Saturday 23rd March, a band of willing volunteers cut down brambles, nettles, and various other vegetation so that the walking areas within the wood could remain in good condition.

 

In particular the area between West End and the entrance to the wood was cleared up and all the vegetation cut back.
